What we offer
At Spói Guesthouse, we offer 2 double rooms, and 4 twin rooms, all with shared bathrooms, guest lounge where guests have access to a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plates and cutleries. We also provide our guests with tea, coffee, cocoa powder, milk and some sweets.
Breakfast is not available, but our guests can purchase breakfast buffet at Hotel Hvolsvöllur, 2 minutes walk from our house.
The Perfect Surrounding
Only about 100 km from Reykjavík, Hvolsvöllur is an excellent location from which to base for exploration of South Iceland. Its central location makes it ideal for day trips in the region and then back for a good night’s sleep
Excellent Restaurants
Within walking distance, there are a few excellent restaurants, as well as a pizza place directly across the street. A few minutes drive away is the new Lava Center, with Katla Mathús, the volcanic restaurant and smoking hot menu.
